Shipping and Return Policy
All jewelry items are shipped with USPS Priority for a flate rate of $4.95 unless items exceed the limit per box or free shipping is noted. Items ordered by 2 pm PST will be packaged and shipped the same day . *excludes Custom Orders*
International orders are shipped with USPS First Class International Service for a flat rate of $5.25, except for larger items such as gift baskets and art. *additional fees will apply*
Domestic or international shipping of gift baskets is rated by weight. Price will be given at checkout.
*Delivery of items is available free of charge within the immediate Tri-Cities, WA area.*
Items may also be picked up from J & M Designs M - Sa between 9 am and 6 pm with appointment only.
Returns will be accepted up until 30 days of original purchase. If an item is received damaged, a refund will be issued upon return of the damaged product or J & M Designs will pay for return shipping to repair the item, providing the customer contacts J & M Designs within 30 business days of receipt. Returns will not be accepted unless an item is damaged, was not properly sized (jewelry) or product is missing (gift baskets).
Please note that J & M Designs is not responsible for regular wear and tear of jewelry items, however we are more than happy to repair connector pieces or clasps within the 30 day period.
